October has come and gone and while it may not have been as festive as September, it was a spectacular month for adventurous travelers. Visitors and locals alike made their way to various destinations within the country of Belize, to explore the Mayan Temples, dive among the inhabitants of the Caribbean Sea, and simply enjoy the beautiful beaches that the country has to offer.

November promises to be a very exciting month as Belize prepares to celebrate Garifuna Settlement Day. Every year on November 19th the country observes the arrival of this vibrant ethnic group with a day of cultural celebration.
